WhatsApp Auto-Updates
Connect your number once. Six events fire pre-written messages — quote sent, accepted, started, finished, invoice issued, payment received.
A complete operations system for auto service businesses — quotations, jobs, technicians, parts, invoices with VAT — and WhatsApp updates that send themselves. Set up in your shop within a day.
Everything a garage needs to run end-to-end — built into one place. Not a stack of tools, not five apps. One.
Connect your number once. Six events fire pre-written messages — quote sent, accepted, started, finished, invoice issued, payment received.
Build quotes from your service catalog. One click converts approved ones into work orders.
Active jobs, cashflow, outstanding payments, technician load — all on one screen, every morning.
Assign multiple techs per job, hours × rate, choose what's billable. Labor flows into invoices.
Stock per part, usage logged per job, low-stock alerts. Never run out mid-repair.
One-click invoice from finished job. PDF, partial payments, status auto-tracked.
A pipeline that matches how real garages actually work — not how enterprise software thinks they should.
Pick services from your catalog or add custom items. Attach spare parts. Share PDF with the client. WhatsApp goes out automatically.
After acceptance, convert to a job. Assign technicians. Record hours and rates. Choose what's billable.
Mark progress, deduct parts from stock, log technician time as it happens. Status visible to client too.
Services + parts + billable labor → clean PDF with VAT and partial payments. Client gets it on WhatsApp.
30-day free trial. No credit card. Upgrade or downgrade as you grow.
Pre-loaded data, no signup needed. Log in as a client to follow your car, or as a garage owner to manage everything.

Yes. Most garages use it on a tablet at reception and desktop in the office.
You connect your WhatsApp number once by scanning a QR code (we self-host WAHA, an open-source WhatsApp gateway). Then you write message templates with placeholders like {client_name} or {total} that fill in automatically. Six events trigger auto-sends — quote sent, accepted, job started, finished, invoice issued, payment received — each with its own toggle.
Each technician has a default hourly rate. When you assign someone to a job, you record the hours worked and a per-job rate. A "Bill to client" toggle decides whether labor goes on the invoice. Invoices show one aggregated "Manoperă" line — clients see the total, not per-tech detail.
Only if you grant them access. Each staff user has per-module permissions — you can hide finance, invoices, or any other module from specific people while keeping them on quotations, jobs, or inventory.
Create a promo code (% or fixed) with date range, usage limit, and minimum order. Clients enter the code on their quote — you approve or reject. Approved discounts flow through to the invoice automatically.
