What a garage does with it
- Writes a quotation with services, labour and parts, and sends it to the customer.
- The customer approves it in the customer portal; the quotation becomes a service job.
- Parts used on the job are taken out of inventory automatically.
- When the car is ready, the garage issues a VAT invoice as PDF and records the payment.
- The customer gets updates over WhatsApp with one click from the quotation, job or invoice.
Why we built it
Most garage software is built for the US or Europe: priced in dollars, with the wrong tax rules and support in another time zone. Many workshops in Oman still run on paper job cards, Excel and WhatsApp chats. Autopilot MS brings those together in one simple system, priced in OMR, with support from a team based in Oman.
